Delivery
Collection: We are based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. Any orders can be collected in person at no additional cost.
Delivery: We can arrange Delivery for £4.95 (P&P) using Royal Mail 24H Tracked Delivery.
We can also send Gifts direct to the recipient for you, and will gladly include a personal gift note. Please simply let us know when ordering and we'll add this to your order for no additional cost.
These are all handmade products, and the majority are made to order. We therefore appreciate as much notice as you can give (particularly for larger orders!) and will work to your desired delivery/collection date.
We advise 5-7 days lead time on orders as standard. If you need your order sooner than this, please reach out and we will do our absolute best to make it happen!
